This functionality will list services as products in the store admin’s back end. The user will be able to add services to their cart and upload any required information about the service required. During the checkout process, special steps will be displayed to the user allowing them to either mail in the item to be serviced or schedule an appointment. For example, an ecommerce site that tailors clothes could sell a pants hemming service as a product. The user will purchase the service as a product, checkout using the created fields, and then mail in their garment to have the service completed. Upon completion the item will be mailed back.
