John first discovered his passion for combining online behavior, semantics, and technology while working at the US Army’s Special Operations Command as a Psychological Operations Specialist and as a Military Intelligence Analyst in the 525th MI BDE. His efforts with human intelligence assets from the CIA and DIA allowed him to connect with target audiences worldwide to bring actionable changes and value.
After his military service, his next career move was a bold one. John became one of the market’s highest-rated adult contemporary radio DJs in Fayetteville, North Carolina. His wit and absorbing energy led him to his nightly show, interviewing a wide range of people, from tv personalities to musical artists and everyone in between. It significantly contributed to expanding his working knowledge of connecting to an audience.
John’s career in marketing continued to grow and thrive as he focused his mindset on all things digital. With his knowledge and expertise in SEO, PPC, UX, and Structured Data, he has gained the skills needed to be an effective digital marketer. He has helped clients from various niches and industries to rank higher in search results and receive more conversions.
When he does have free time, John volunteers with his local Boy Scout troop and travels on road trips with family. You can also still hear John on the air through a ham radio.
