Hare completed her studies at Istanbul Technical University, majoring in Economics within the Faculty of Business Administration. During this time, she served as an event coordinator and managed the organization team in her career club.
With a diverse range of experiences in banking, business planning, and marketing, Hare participated in several projects focused on business development prior to joining Optimum7. She engaged in various audit projects at a prominent Big4 firm, gaining expertise in auditing, accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
She participates in different training programs that enhance her skills in financial analysis to become a subject matter expert. Furthermore, she volunteers for NGOs, contributing her time and efforts for meaningful causes. During her leisure time, she enjoys fitness activities, culinary pursuits, and attending diverse workshops to expand her knowledge and interests.
