The Business

Mariell was founded in 1987, as an internationally recognized designer, manufacturer, and supplier. The company has developed extensive lines such as jewelry and special occasion accessories for weddings, proms, homecomings, graduations, pageants, communions and quinceaneras. They sell mainly wholesale and have more than 4,000 Mariell retailers across the world.

Mariell came to us in August 2019. They wanted a more user-friendly UI and increased customer satisfaction. Their website didn’t have adequate conversions and repeat customers, We aimed to greatly improve the customer experience.

 

The Objective

Our first objective was to set up a new theme on Mariell’s new eCommerce website. Then we customized it to enhance the online store’s user experience. The theme represented a storefront, brand, and business all wrapped in one.  We aimed to make their new website appealing. 

 The second objective was setting up the configurations of the website to optimize the online shopping experience. If the customer sees convenience, then they are more likely to buy.

Our developers worked on building the new theme and logo to make a great first impression on users. We made the design layout more consistent by adding a top and side navigation. Such elements helped to keep the visitors’ attention.

We set up store options, payment selections, and shipping methods. These are essential configurations of managing the online store.
