Arthur has over 35 years of successful business experience including Optimum7. He founded, and continues to own, ACTEL, a New Jersey public telecommunications service provider and consulting company since 1987. Arthur has achieved unparalleled success including record in sales & marketing in the clinical laboratory equipment and health care services industries. In addition he has many years of success in sales and marketing in computer graphics including workstations, print servers and digital film recorders.
Along with Duran, Arthur has developed the processes and strategies unique to Optimum7 demonstrated by actual corporate results as well as the result our clients enjoy every day.
Duran Inci Chief Operating Officer
Duran is an Internet Marketing Expert with over 10 years experience in E-business, including Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search, Ecommerce as well as all forms of lead generation and Conversion Optimization. Duran has built and managed all aspects of Internet Marketing & E-commerce operations including, e-business planning, analytics, network integration and strategic partnerships. Duran has a strong history of building revenues through effective e-commerce strategies. The exceptional breadth of Duran’s technical skills ensures that Optimum7 clients have the best, most current tools available to maximize the impact of their online marketing campaigns. Anthony Calzadilla Chief Designer/Front-End Developer
Anthony is responsible for the design and conversion performance of all client websites, landing pages and related content. He keeps Optimum7 at the cutting edge of design technology and methodology as well as content management implementation and integration. Anthony is an expert at designing and developing websites in CSS, Javascript/AJAX (jQuery, YUI), X/HTML(4/5), XML, Photoshop, Fireworks, Apache, MySQL, PHP, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and the occasional crumpled napkin.
Anthony’s passion for web design and animation has always driven him to work with the latest technologies. He has become renowned for developing high quality CSS3 animations, proving to the online design community that CSS3 is a desirable alternative to Adobe Flash, especially as Flash is not search engine friendly.
Anthony has been at the cutting edge of CSS3 Integration as it provides advanced graphic manipultation technologies effectively in an open-source environment as opposed to being “locked-in” to costly applications like Photoshop and Fireworks.
Julian Beaujardin Senior Programmer
Julian is our go-to person when we need to develop a new SEO tool. He transforms our team’s great ideas into reality. Julian developed our very own article submission and tracking software, backlinks monitor and blog search tools. He is also instrumental in the resolution of clients’ programming issues.

She also collaborates in the research and strategy for reputation management clients.

Jose Vera is an SEO Marketing Specialist in charge of analysis, development, and execution of Optimum7′s Search Engine Optimization strategies. His responsibilities include conducting niche term research, Google Analytics monitoring, on-site optimization and competitive analysis.
While attending Florida State University for Business and working part time at U-Haul, Jose met his future COO and was offered an interview after exchanging thoughts on internet technology and mobile platforms.
