Optimum7 Sucks

Optimum7 has been in business since 2005, providing valuable SEO services to clients looking to expand their web presence and also looking to protect their reputations. The success and growth of our brand, and the satisfaction of all our clients has led us to believe that the one negative review claiming that we “suck”, which is being continuously posted on various sites is the handiwork of a sneaky competitor, disgruntled past employee, but most likely a former client that we are pursuing professionally for breach of contract who is out to damage our hard earned reputation. We do exactly what we say we do; the myriad of rave reviews posted by our clients on our website attests to that.

Buyer Beware Optimum7!

Allegations that Optimum7 has been extremely unprofessional have been posted on the internet and have been making its rounds through a vicious copy and paste campaign; however they are utterly false. A lone poster who cannot be verified as ever having been a client of Optimum7, and who is perhaps a competitor trying to gain a portion of our market share, has been circulating a report that we are not in fact SEO functional and have strange billing practices. These claims are so transparently false as to be ridiculous. We ask any interested party to go to our testimonials page and read these as carefully or to contact us directly, we have nothing to hide.

Optimum7 Complaints

There is a targeted effort by either dishonorable competitors or disgruntled ex-employees to discredit many good companies by simply posting negative reviews about their services in the most visible places. To make matters worse, it is so easy these days in a post Web 2.0 world, to post anything for any aim and otherwise maliciously seek to damage a company’s reputation.  For example, the recent false negative review about Optimum7.com that was obviously simply copied and pasted and then posted on numerous sites. Without any specificity or identification of the writer, preposterous claims are made that are utterly false; even ridiculous. Optimum7 is responding as it does for all of its clients in the face of such a smear attack.  We are unperturbed.

How to Deal With Online PR Nightmare

Controlling your business brand’s image online is essential. Bad PR can kill a brand easily and quickly online. The online world is like a time warp, what could take days or weeks to snowball offline to create a PR nightmare, can literally happen within hours online.

A lot of older companies have witnessed this first hand. Recently Motrin found this out the hard way when an advertising campaign they launched for Mom’s pain, backfired rapidly.
