One of the most important elements of a website design is a landing page. These pages, where visitors first ‘land’ after clicking an advertisement or search engine result, are crucial to your success for several reasons. Every element of their design and layout needs to be focused on grabbing the visitors’ attention and convincing them to stay on your site, possibly convert into a sale. Typical users will decide to stay or leave within ten seconds. The overall design of each landing page should be targeted to prequalifed visitors, be clear and free of clutter, and include an obvious call to action. Landing pages designed by professionals with an expert focus on these three critical areas are the most effective.

Landing Page Design and Testing
Building a strong online business isn’t just about the product or services offered. Developing a strong product line and implementing a marketing plan based on Internet Marketing is essential; but just marketing is not enough. The single greatest factor for determining the overall success of an online business is the conversion rate. The conversion rate or the number of visitors who ‘convert’ to paying customers, can often be improved by addressing the design elements on landing pages, whether they exist on the website itself or are specific landing pages linked to sponsored ads (Pay per Click).Understanding what a landing page is and how design elements can influence a visitor is critical. Landing Page Design and Testing is one of the most effective ways to achieve growth in your online business.
Landing Page Design for Conversions
A quick look at the analytical data provided by your website is likely to tell you several things. First, the vast majority of your visitors are leaving your website within seconds of hitting the page. Second, the next largest group may attempt to convert by making a purchase or providing their contact information, but will become frustrated by the process. Finally, the smallest percentage of your visitors will actually convert to either paying customers or new leads. This poses a problem to every website owner, regardless of their marketing budget. The solution, quite simply, is landing page design for conversions or Conversion Optimization. This is the ongoing process of changing and testing your landing page to achieve the optimal number of conversions.

Why Should You Outsource PPC
Pay per Click (PPC) refers directly to those advertisements that accompany Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) generally along the right hand side as well at the top of the organic results. In Google the ones just above the organic results are currently shaded in yellow.
There are really only two metrics that matter when it comes to PPC … (1) CTR (Click through Rate) and (2) Conversion Rate. Click through Rate is simply the number of times a paid ad is clicked divided into the number of times the paid ad is displayed (impressions). Conversion Rate is the number of conversions (leads, sales, filled forms, subscriptions, etc) divided into the number of paid visits, generally to a specific landing page. In essence, PPC success can be fully assessed by focusing just on these 2 metrics.
