Celebrity Reputation Management

You are a celebrity and there is absolutely nothing in the world like it. The perks, the trips, the wealth, the life, who could ask for anything more? You’ve dreamed of this all of your life. Ever since you were younger you’ve seen yourself accepting awards and walking red carpets. You’ve pictured movie premiers and dreamed of elaborate sets. You were destined for this.

You never, however, imagined the downside. In your fantasy of celebrity perhaps you never stopped to consider the backlash or the dissection of every move you make and every word you say. You would’ve given second thoughts if you considered the extremes of the paparazzi. But you didn’t. You’d much rather the fairy tale.

Negative Reviews on Yelp

Avoid negative reviews. Of course this is much easier said than done but in terms of business it is ultimately essential. Yelp has the ability to be best friend or the dreadful worst enemy to your business. It’s solely up to you. Doubtful? Try it. Start a Google Search and type in the name of your establishment. You probably notice that near the top of the search there is your business with few (and if you’re lucky, many) stars. These stars are there due to response from customers who have taken the time to review. Look past the stars, notice the comments and take into account what’s being said. Do your customers seem satisfied? Are there any negative comments? If there are, you’re encouraged to do something about it.

How to Enhance Your Site Content

Enhancing your site content is vital to making sure that you rank high in a Google search. One way you can enhance your site content is to constantly update and maintain it.  If you have content that discusses outdated technology, update it with the newest version that’s out.  For example, if your site only includes information about the Playstation 2, you’re not going to get a lot of clicks or conversions from that information because it is old.  Update it with information about the Playstation 3, the new Move feature, or some of the latest games like Black Ops in order to help optimize your content.

Does Google Instant Previews Affect SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?

Now that Google has introduced a new feature, the question remains, does Google Instant Previews affect SEO? The answer is yes, but how, and what can you do to continue to rank high in Google?

The new “Google Instant Preview” feature has made SEO more important than ever by effectively killing the second page of a search index. Starting right at the search bar, Google will suggest terms for you to search, making searches more effective, and potentially pushing your business down if you don’t saturate the Google universe with content.
