Law Firms Web Design

Web design is very important for law firms who hope to connect with new clients because more than half of all searchers begin looking for information about companies and services in the search engines. Websites that have not been optimized to appear near the top of the search engine results page (SERP) as well as  for users, may never see any traffic at all from the search engines.

Once a user arrives on a website, its design affects the experience of that user. If a site loads too slowly or does not seem relevant to a searcher’s needs, that searcher will bounce right back to the search engines.

301 Redirect

Every business, even those who outsource their web design, search engine optimization, and online marketing, should have an awareness of some of the basic techniques used in online marketing. Basically accepted forms such as the 301 redirect, have already been tested on the online consumer base at large and have been shown to be effective methods for handling what could otherwise be quite delicate situations that can lose traffic customers.

The 301 redirect, or URL redirection, in particular is an often used technique. The 301 redirect is an efficient and effective way to redirect an old web page to a new one. “301″ means “a page that has been permanently moved.”

SEO Friendly Website Redesign

If you’re conducting a website redesign, you should take steps to make sure that your new site is SEO friendly. How would you know if your site is ready for a redesign, and what would you need to do to make your site SEO friendly if it was?

Who Should Redesign?

If you’re a business that’s still using the same site you launched five or more years ago, you may want to consider doing a redesign. Web 2.0 is so much more user friendly, along with all the other changes and upgrades to internet technology. You’re doing a disservice to your current clients – and you’re missing out on potential clients – if you don’t revamp your site and implement some of these upgrades.

How to Enhance Your Site Content

Enhancing your site content is vital to making sure that you rank high in a Google search. One way you can enhance your site content is to constantly update and maintain it.  If you have content that discusses outdated technology, update it with the newest version that’s out.  For example, if your site only includes information about the Playstation 2, you’re not going to get a lot of clicks or conversions from that information because it is old.  Update it with information about the Playstation 3, the new Move feature, or some of the latest games like Black Ops in order to help optimize your content.
